Good morning,

 

First of all, take a before picture from the front, back and side of your body then label it day 1. Today is the first day of 45 day challenge. I hope you stay motivated enough to make it through. At the end of the day this is for a great purpose.

 

Leg day

(30 second break max for water)

 

Warm up

100 jumping jacks

50 high knees

50 mountain climbers

 

3x15

Heel touch Squats

Leg up lunges

Fire hydrant

Donkey kick

Crab walks

 

1x30 seconds

Plank

Russian twists

Bicycle

 

All done 🥰

Hope you felt the burn. This is only day 1. Remember to stay positive and consistent because this is all for a greater purpose.
